• To apply, please submit the following:

  • Trade Partner Application

  • Copy of Business License

  • Resale Certificate (completed & signed)

• Partners get 10% discount & California Tax Exempt purchases.

​​

• Please allow (2) business days for a response regarding the status of your application.

​​

• If approved, you will be sent a personal ID code to enter at checkout for purchases solely intended for resale.

​​

• You agree to use your personal ID code solely for purchases intended for resale, in the regular course of business, and not to the general public, through retail stores, the internet, or by any other means.

• If you’d like to make a purchase that is not for resale, you may not use your personal ID code.  Sales tax will be applied and/or discounts will not be applicable.

• All purchases must be paid in full at time of order placement.

​

• We may decline or terminate Trade Partner privileges at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion.

• You agree to notify Lori Addis Artworks of any changes to your Seller’s Permit, business operations and/or location, before making a resale purchase.

 

• Trade Partner discounts may not be combined with other discounts.

• Discount does not apply to custom commission work.

​​

• All sales are subject to the Return Policy & Terms and Conditions.
